🚦 RACE FORMAT
- Run 1: Self‑seeded
- Run 2: Seeded by Run 1 time
- Arrive at the start 15 minutes before your run
- Ripper Boys & Girls complete both runs first
- Riders start every 20 seconds
- 2‑minute gaps between categories
📜 ENTRY & RULES
- Pre‑entry only (limited on‑the‑day entries if space)
- Enter via British Cycling
- No race licence required
- Event follows BC Regulations & Penalties
- Course inspected with BC Commissaire
- Marshals equipped with radios and flags
- Recommended armour: spine, elbow, knee protection

- Anti‑social behaviour, vandalism, reckless riding/driving = disqualification
- Violence, intimidation, vandalism = lifetime ban
- Theft suspicion = police involvement
- Zero tolerance on illegal drugs
